Gamma Beta Phi
Gamma Beta Phi society is a national honorary formed to recognize and encourage excellence in education; to promote development of leadership ability and character in its members; and to foster, disseminate, and improve education through appropriate service projects. The University of Alabama chapter has received the Distinguished Chapter Award repeatedly, recognizing its active involvement in achieving these goals. Membership is open to any student with at least 30 hours' credit and a grade point average of 3.0 or higher. If you are eligible for this society, you will receive notification by mail.
